GED MATH, What you should know!

GED Math About Us.

I have been using the internet to mentor students on the SAT, GED, Finance off and on for about 25 years.  It was a normal outgrowth of my involvement in communication's networks. As a network consultant for IBM's Global Services the design and implementation of online networks for businesses enabled many to survive!  Good students are hard to find and appear to be having a disconnect with the traditional brick and mortal class room.

So virtual schools and virtual volunteers seemed natural to some one who worked with virtual machines in the 1960's.  Just because the student and mentor are not physically in front or alongside of each other will not prevent learning from happening.  The number one need of a student is guidance followed by motivation resulting in change and acceptance.
You have to grab the mind in order to teach it!

The online environment is not the only way to educate today's students.  Nothing is more compelling than a classy motivational speaker working his or her's magic upon a crowd.  A classroom with an effective teacher who uses audio and video to drive home points of information and logic is also mesmerizing!  It is not heresy to embrace what works or works better!

Implementing a website, or blog, even a network for educational purposes brings about:

  1. Methodology selection
  2. Media selection
  3. Human interaction levels
  4. Student selection
  5. How to measure success.
  6. Project scaling
  7. Design
  8. Implementation
  9. Costs & Benefits
Getting above done may seem like pushing a wet noodle towards a goal line!  There was a time when paying a bill, shopping, mailing, and surfing online were unknown or just relegated to a distant future not the present!  I would be happy to work with you if our goals are mutual.
